Q: What is c16 graded?
A: C16 and C24 refer to the strength grade of a piece of carcassing timber. There are 12 strength grades as set by the British Standard in the BS 5268, but the most commonly specified are C16 and C24
Q: what is the Benefit of pressure treatment?
A: Compared to natural wood, pressure treated lumber will last far longer in any environment where it is exposed to the elements or consistent moisture. Its insect and fungal resistance also helps it to outlast natural wood, and because it tends to be denser that untreated wood products, it also has increased strength.
We offer a mini/micro digger ground levelling service which can prepare and level your ground ready for your custom shelter to be erected on. This service is offered up to 60mile from our workshop.
